1. Automatic Inclined Large Arm Feeding System
Adopts heavy-duty upgraded inclined large loading arm with ultra-large vacuum suction coverage and strong bearing capacity. It automatically completes glass suction, tilting lifting and precise table feeding for 3–12mm thick oversized glass sheets. The mechanical tilting feeding structure avoids glass shaking, slipping and corner damage during feeding, ensuring stable and safe raw material input for the whole production line.
2. High-Precision CNC Intelligent Cutting Module
Supports DXF drawing import, arbitrary straight line, rectangle and special-shaped cutting. The industrial CNC system intelligently optimizes nesting layout in real time to maximize glass utilization. Adjustable multi-stage cutting pressure adapts to different glass thicknesses, delivering smooth, chip-free and crack-free cutting lines for large heavy glass panels.
3. Full Air Flotation Conveying System
The whole line adopts full-coverage air flotation conveying platform. Uniform air cushion isolation eliminates friction scratch on glass surface during transmission. Ultra-large glass sheets can be positioned and transmitted smoothly and synchronously, ensuring zero damage to glass surface during continuous line operation.
4. Synchronous Automatic Breaking Platform
Matching the large-size processing specification, the integrated extended breaking table realizes synchronous breaking after cutting. After CNC scoring is completed, the system automatically conveys glass to the breaking station, and workers can complete batch separation quickly. The streamlined connection eliminates intermediate handling links and greatly improves production cycle efficiency.
5. Modular Intelligent Central Control System
Unified touch screen central control panel realizes one-key start, program storage, automatic layout and real-time operation monitoring.
